Two of Afton's Favorite things

Afton loves to meal time and bath time. one day she got to both together and she was in heaven. Afton has always been a water baby from the first time she got in the tube. She splashes and crawls all over the tube. She has even dunked herself and as soon as we sit her up she just smiles and keeps playing. Afton love eating any thing that she can get her hands on. She a little bit of a social eater. If no one is eating but we are in the kitchen cleaning or just walking through she thinks she needs to be eating.

Easter Morning

We had a great Easter. It started Saturday with Gabby and Afton having a hunt at Grandma Naylor's house with their cousins. Saturday night Gabby put out some carrots for the Easter bunny. Gabby was so excited for the Easter , and all she talked about was she was going to see the Easter Bunny. She missed him but she was OK when she saw what he had filled her basket with candy and a little toy. We haven't dyed our eggs yet we are hoping Andy will be home soon so we can do it with him.

Gabriella's Three

Gabby had a small party with her cousins and Grandma and Grandpa Naylor. When anyone showed up for her party she would ask them " you here for my birthday party" and then would giggle when they said yes. Gabby wanted all the girls to wear their princess dress to her party. Every thing at he party was pink, from cups and plates to the ice cream and the Drink had to be pink. We like to call her Pinkalicious because everything has to be pink for her. Gabby has been in to princess a lot so Andy and I gave her a Snow White and a Sleeping Beauty Dress for her birthday. She wears her princess dress every where.

The kids played put Cinderella on the Castle . ( In the morning while we were getting ready for Gaby's party this castle game was on the table and she sudden Gabby says " Mom I put Cinderella on." I look at the castle and she ha put all the Cinderella on, so Andy and I Had to pill all the Sticker off so we could play the game at the party.

Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch

We took our annual trip with Julie and her kids to the corn maze and pumpkin patch. Gabby love the pumpkin patch. She was loading up with pumpkins. Every time she saw one she like she would pick it up and either put it in her pocket or give it to mom. By the time we got back on the hay ride mom was able to ditch a few of the pumpkins. We we got ready to leave it started to rain. We were glad we left before it got to cold.

HALLOWEEN

We spent Halloween in Denver with Grandma and Grandpa Maynes. They took us to a trunk or treat. Gabby loved going to all the car and getting candy. What child doesn't though. Afton and Gabby were Fairy, they looked so cute. Lisa was a hippy. (sorry you can't see the cool gogo boots.) Andy was punk guy. He had tattoo shelves, ear rings and of course the mullet to finish the outfit. We had great Halloween and are so glad we got to spend it with Grandma and Grandpa Maynes.

Blessing Day!!

HI. Its me Afton, I just wanted to tell you all about my Blessing Day and grateful I'm to have a loving Family. I was blessed on Sept 5 in the Ballard North ward by my Daddy. My Daddy did such a wonderful job with my blessing. I'm so glad that he holds the priesthood and honors it so that he was able to give me a blessing I will have for the rest of my life. Thank you everyone that came to my blessing. I love being held and spoiled by each and everyone of you. I miss you that could be here and hope I can soon one day see you.

AFTON

Labor Day!!

For Labor Day we went to the Cabin with the Maynes' Family. We had such a blast. We really didn't have much of schedule which was so nice to have that time to relax a catch up with the family. We took Gabby to go down the zip line and swing on the rope. She got to watch Mckay and Lyndsi ride on the zip line and rope swing first so she could see how much fun it was. Gabby tried both and didn't want to go back to the cabin, she just wanted to keep swinging.

Gabby played in the sand box for the most part. The sand box is her favorite place to be when we go to the cabin. Afton love being out side ride in the snuggle. She just likes to be where all the action is happening.
